SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO-AM) -- Sioux Falls City Councilor Theresa Stehly opposes fines on smokers in city parks or outside properties like the Event Center.
The Sioux Falls City Council votes on a ban on smoking outdoors on city properties tonight.
She also commented on another ordinance that would have the city Park Board meetings videotaped. The Park Board currently meets at the same time as the City Council and is not recorded.
