SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man faces a second D-W-I charge and three counts of hit and run in an early morning driving spree in the central part of town.
Officer Sam Clemens says 23-year-old Jonathan Daniel Brooks is accused of hitting a parked car near 13th and Grange.
Clemens says after Brooks hit the car he went up a lawn and hit the deck on a house. He backed down and hit another car in the street. He finally hit a tree in Emerson Park.
Brooks was still in his car when police arrived. A witness called police after 3:30 Wednesday morning.
Clemens says Brooks estimated blood alcohol content was point-two-six as measured by a preliminary breath test
