SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Democratic gubernatorial candidate Billie Sutton says state government should be accountable and responsible to the people.
"I learned values of honesty and integrity and hard work," Sutton said. "I think that's what we need in our state government today."
Sutton, who grew up on a ranch, is running against Republican Kristi Noem and Libertarian Kurt Evans. The Constitution Party will select their nominee at their re-do convention in Pierre on August 14.
