PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Election results will be delayed Tuesday night in South Dakota because of computer glitches earlier in the day in the Rapid City area.
Deputy Secretary of State Kea Warne says the glitches kept some polling places from opening on time so they will stay open longer, and that, in turn, will delay results state wide.
Warner says election results won't be released until around 9:45 p.m. Central Time, which is about an hour and 45 minutes later than normal.
