If you are heading into Minnesota, conditions change quickly. No travel advisories that were issued in parts of southwest and south central Minnesota, including Interstate 90 have been lifted. If you are headed to Wisconsin or the Twin Cities, it is best if you delay your travel until conditions improve.
Winter weather advisories and warnings are in effect through early afternoon for parts of east central and northeast South Dakota, northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota. Slow down, buckle up, stay off the phone and cruise control.
