SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – Some ugly weather is headed our way for Friday.
Alex Ferguson of the National Weather Service says freezing rain will enter the metro area some time Friday morning, and will turn to snow by mid-afternoon. That precipitation will continue through Friday night, turning back into freezing rain.
“It does look kind of nasty for the Sioux Falls area,” Ferguson said. “Winter is still here.”
Ferguson says the Sioux Falls area could receive up to four inches of snow and a tenth of an inch of ice.
