SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A mother taking her two-year-old to the bathroom at the Downtown Sioux Falls Library stumbled into a shocking scene yesterday afternoon.
Officer Sam Clemens says 35-year-old Marilyn Eagle Elk is charged with indecent exposure and 34-year-old Jesse Bald Eagle is charged with disorderly conduct.
Clemens says the stall door was closed but mom saw a woman laying on the floor and thought she needed help. When the victim opened the stall door, she saw the man was performing a sex act on the woman on the floor.
Both transient suspects were arrested a short distance from the library
