The White House has confirmed that the President will be in Mandan on Wednesday to deliver a speech on energy and tax reform.
North Dakota is very friendly territory for Trump. He took 63 percent of the state's vote in the Presidential election.
The Bismarck Tribune reports that Trump will speak just after 3 p.m. on Wednesday at the Andeaver oil refinery in Mandan. Few other details are available.
Air Force One will fly into Bismarck Municipal Airport.
