SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) It's going to be super busy at the Minnehaha County Courthouse on Wednesday, handling all the people busted by police over the long July 4th weekend.
KELOLAND News reports that more than 200 people were arrested on various charges.
Minnehaha County State's Attorney Aaron McGowan says three judges in three courtrooms will wade through the initial court appearances of the flood of suspects, and he's never seen anything like that before.
McGowan says the huge increase in Meth crimes is one of the reasons for the crowded court rooms.
