Sioux Falls, S.D. (KELO AM) – Sioux Falls police are investigating a fatal ATV accident in Sioux Falls.
Police were called to the intersection of West 37th and South Walts Avenue just before 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening. First responders found a seriously injured male at the scene, where he was pronounced deceased.
The initial investigation showed the male driver was traveling East on W. 37th Street and according to witnesses lost control of the ATV. The male driver was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
The name of the victim is not being released at this time pending family notifications.
