SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) – The South Dakota Department of Transportation is scheduled to close Rice Street from Timberline Avenue to Six Mile Road in Sioux Falls on Monday, April 17 for one week.
The closure will be removed and full traffic restored on Monday, April 24.
During the closure traffic will be required to use Six Mile Road, 60th Street North and Interstate 90. The closure may be postponed to a later date if weather conditions are unfavorable for grading operations.
The project has a substantial completion date of Nov. 3, 2017.
The prime contractor on this $13.9 million project is T&R Contracting of Sioux Falls.
