SIOUX FALLS, S.D (KELO AM) - The Grinch is operating in Sioux Falls as at least seven packages are stolen after being left outside when no answered the door.
Officer Sam Clemens describes the suspect as a white male wearing a camouflage coat.
Clemens says the thefts have been occuring all across the city and not in any concentrated area. But he says the packages were taken in the afternoon between two and five.
Clemens advises having someone home when a package is delivered, require a signature or have a neighbor watch your house.
