SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - South Dakota voters will determine the fate of ten ballot issues in November and there's a forum tonight at the Instructional Planning Center on East 38th Street in Sioux Falls.
Mike Lynch with the Sioux Falls Area Chamber, one of the sponsors, says each issue will get about twenty minutes.
Lynch say proponents and opponents will give opening statements, answer audience-generated questions through a moderator, have an opportunity for rebuttal and give a closing statement.
The Chamber has developed issue briefs on each ballot issue which can be found on the Chamber's website, siouxfallschamber.com under the Advocacy tab.
The forum starts at 5:30 with Constitutional Amendment T that calls for legislative redistricting by a commission. It's free and open to the public.
