SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - The call Sioux Falls Fire Rescue received early this morning said two people were trapped in a townhome on East Bragstad Drive because of fire.
When firefighters arrived flame were coming from a back deck. Two residents were rescued and taken to a hospital for evaluation.
The fire was put out in ten minutes and is under investigation.
The call came in at 1:06 this morning and Fire Rescue responded to 2805 E. Bragstad Drive.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded with four fire trucks, two support vehicles and 18 firefighters. Crews were also assisted by Sioux Falls Police Department, Paramedics Plus Ambulance, MidAmerican Energy, Xcel Energy and the Red Cross. There were no firefighter injuries .
