SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Authorities are investigating an early morning fire at a multi-family dwelling.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue was called to 953 S. Blaine Ave at 12:30 a.m. There was smoke coming from the windows when they arrived.
Everyone got out safely and there were no injuries.

Sioux Falls, South Dakota: At 12:30 a.m., Tuesday morning, August 21, 2018, Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded to a report of a structure fire at 953 South Blaine Avenue.
First-arriving crews on scene reported a two-story multifamily dwelling with smoke coming from the windows of the second floor. Crews extinguished the main body of the fire within ten minutes.
All occupants were out of the building on the fire departments arrival. There were no firefighter or civilian injuries.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded with four fire trucks, three support vehicles, and 18 firefighters. Sioux Falls Fire Rescue was assisted on scene by the Sioux Falls Police Department, Paramedics Plus, MidAmerican, Excel and the Red Cross.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue would like to remind residents to test their smoke detectors monthly, check the detector’s expiration date, and have an evacuation plan in place for your family.
