SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- City Councilors Theresa Stehly and Pat Starr recently toured some neighborhoods in Sioux Falls to ask first hand how residents feel about safety.
They actually talked to people right on their porches.
Stehly says they heard a disturbing story from a local business.
"The owner said that because of a drug house, a known drug house that is next to their parking lot, that they have had to shut down at night."
Stehly says there is a "vast diversity" of quality of life in Sioux Falls and she wants everyone in all the neighborhoods to feel safe.
