SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- When comedian Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias played the Sioux Empire Fair last year, he set a record for most attendees at one of his performances.
Fair officials are expecting another big turnout tonight for Iglesias and have some advice for an enjoyable time at the 8 p.m. grandstand show. Their statement:
"Due to the overwhelming response to Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias last year the Sioux Empire Fair Association strongly suggests the following. Because of the warm weather, we encourage guests to come later to line up for Fluffy preferably sometime after 4 p.m. We have worked with Fluffy’s management and we will be letting people into the grandstand early between 5 and 5:30 p.m. This show is free with paid fair admission, you must have a stamp to enter the grandstand."
Story corrected at 12:55 p.m. 8/10/18 to reflect the correct start time of the event.
