SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – One man was arrested and several people were injured when a vehicle and a Sip-N-Cycle collided in downtown Sioux Falls Saturday evening.
The investigation found a southbound vehicle crossed the lane markings and hit the northbound Sip-N-Cycle near West 4th Street and North Main Avenue. Several people on the Sip-N-Cycle were taken to a local hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
Justin Rabago, age 25, was arrested and charged with vehicular battery, DUI 3rd offense, no driver’s license and no insurance.
