SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Sioux Falls residents responding to a community survey on the need for new schools overwhelmingly support a bond issue to get them built.

About 37-hundred people took the survey, as the School District works toward a 190 million dollar bond referendum.

But Schools Chief Brian Maher points out that only about 25 percent of respondents said they were really familiar with the process.  He says, "We need to continue to educate folks on what's going on, what the need is, what the potential solution is, we're not there yet."
