YANKTON, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Highway 19 is closed three and a half miles south of Highway 46 and about 16.5 miles north of Vermillion due to roadway flooding.
Officials also say Highway 46 is closed at the Iowa state line due to flood waters.
These roads are closed until further notice.
Travelers are asked to find alternate routes.
