SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- The $50 million hotel parking ramp project in downtown Sioux Falls will feature not one, but two, Marriott-brand hotels.
Lamont Companies has announced there will be a Residence Inn and a boutique-style AC Hotel.
"We are still coming in with final numbers, but it should be above 200, maybe 220 guest rooms." Lamont's Sabrina Metz tells KELO.com News.
Two hotels in the same complex doesn't happen every day, but Metz says duel hotels are on the rise.
Metz says the boutique hotel will feature the AC Lounge, which is work space during the day that turns into a social atmosphere at night. The breakfast will feature European-inspired meals.
The Village on the River project is expected to be finished in 2020.
