SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Sioux Falls Police tried to stop a driver because his tail lights were out, but he took off like a shot.
They caught Leroy Kyles, age 50, soon after his car crashed into a building in the 1700 block of East Sixth Street. Police used dogs to help find Kyles, who was hiding in a shed.
They found 2.3 grams of meth in his crashed car.
Kyle's charges include possession of a controlled substance, aggravated eluding, and hit and run.
