SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - The robbery happened in broad daylight yesterday outside the Empire Mall when the suspect reached into the victim's pocket and took his cash.
Officer Sam Clemens says the Sioux Falls man had just paid for an item and he says three men watched him.
Clemens says the victim was walking to the parking lot between Macy's and Dick's Sporting Goods, one of the men approached saying he was "going to take this." Clemens says the man reached into the victim's back pocket and took the cash.
The victim says the men fled in a beige, four-door Lincoln. The victim describes the suspects as young, black males and the man who took the money as having dreadlock.
