SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- It was an unusual foot race through startled businesses in downtown Sioux Falls.
Police had stopped a guy in his car near Tommy Jacks Pub. The man suddenly ran off. Police gave hot pursuit.
They say he ran through Stogeez Cigar Lounge, throwing off his jacket as he went. He then run through Duluth Trading Company. That's where the fleet footed cops finally caught him - at the emergency back exit of Duluth.
Devon Gerard Herron, 35, Marion, South Dakota has been charged with a host of charges including drunk driving and fleeing police.
