SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Country music and city politics ran into each other election night.

KTWB-FM's K.C. Capra of "Nights with K.C.," messaged the two front runners in tonight's Sioux Falls Mayoral race about what country song he'd want them to play if they won.

For Paul TenHaken, who has led most of the night, it was, "In honor of my wife, anything Dixie Chicks. I know that's an old group but she can karaoke them like non other and I wouldn't be doing this without her!"

Jolene Loetscher, who has been solidly in second place the whole night, wanted, perhaps not surprisingly, "Jolene" by Dolly Parton.

K.C. got no response--so far--from Jim Entenman, who has been in third place.

The two op vote getters in tonight's race go to a runoff May 1st.
