SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Looks like March will end like a lion with lots of wind and snow across much of the northern plains.
Lance VandenBoogart at the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls says strong northwest winds will pick up late tonight, and continue into much of tomorrow.
VandenBoogart says heavy snow will spread across much of North Dakota into Minnesota.
VandenBoogart says they don’t see much spring warmth as we move into April.
