SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- The new playground at the Autumn Park Apartments in Sioux Falls was turned into a fiery inferno by a child playing with a lighter.
Police say that the 10-year-old boy was fooling around with the lighter, setting paper on fire, when the fire spread.
He caused an estimated $65,000 in damage. The playground had just been installed in December.
