SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- From a giant fishing fly to a giant mushroom to various gorillas and raccoons, and even a rattlesnake, the 2018 Downtown Sioux Falls Sculpture Walk will amaze and surprise.

There are 57 sculptures to decorate downtown, one more than last year's record. They'll be installed in May.

We've had sneak peaks before, but this is the first time pictures of all the sculptures have been released. (See them all in the attached link above the story)

Sioux Falls City Council will get its first full official look at Tuesday's informational meeting at Carnegie Hall at 4 p.m.

The Sculpture Walk is nationally recognized. The artists compete to win awards. Most of the creations are for sale, and are far from inexpensive.

Perhaps the most whimiscal piece is 'Fly Snag', a giant fly fishing hook snagged in a pole. Perhaps the scariest is an 8-foot-tall hairy Sasquatch.
