SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- A million dollar question was repeatedly answered at this week's Sioux Falls City Council meeting.
Some City Councilors had complained that they were not allowed to see the draft report on the rippled panels on the Sanford Premier Center - complaints about a lack of transparency and concerns that, maybe, the city was trying to hide something.
The Chicago consulting firm that inspected the panels told Council repeatedly on Tuesday that there was no significant difference between the draft report and the final report - that the city asked for no changes.
Councilor Rick Kiley doubled down with consultant Peter Babaian so that everything would be perfectly clear to the public.
"I'm going to go even further and be very blunt. So nothing is being hidden? - "no sir" - anybody, from draft to final report? - "no sir."
