SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Former lobbyist Tiffany Campbell accuses former state lawmaker Gene Abdallah of sexually harassing her five years ago in a bar in Pierre during the legislative session.

She called in unannounced during a discussion about sexual harassment on The Greg Belfrage Show this morning.

Campbell says the men in charge in Pierre haven't listened to her complaints.

"It's a good ol' boys network in Pierre," she said. "Just like (Speaker of the House) Val Rausch did. I told him back when it happened five years ago. Val Rausch never investigated, never spoke to Gene."

She's also upset with Attorney General Marty Jackley, who's nominating Abdallah to the Board of Pardons and Paroles.

"Even our top cop in South Dakota, our attorney general, Marty Jackley, is trying to cover it up," Campbell said.

She says she's told the Jackley campaign about her concerns but has received no response from Jackley.

So what happened in that bar in Pierre during the 2012 legislative session between lobbyist Tiffany Campbell and lawmaker Gene Abdallah?

Here's Campbell's side of the story.

"I said, 'Excuse me, I have to use the restroom,'" Campbell said. "And as I got up, he motioned to me to lean down so he could whisper, so I leaned down and he whispered, 'Can I watch you pee?' And is said, 'No!' And he gave me this look like, nah, I tried."

Are there other women who will come forward with sexual harassment allegations against former lawmaker Gene Abdallah?

Campbell says maybe.

"I'm meeting with someone later this afternoon," Campbell said. "Someone who's had bad experienes with Gene Abdallah. I don't know if she's willing to come forward or not. I'd like to lend her support."

Campbell says there are other women who say they've been harassed by Abdallah but are reluctant to come forward.

KELO.com News has asked both Abdallah and Jackley for their responses to Campbell's allegations.
