SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- The Huether Administration Tuesday is expected to finally reveal design plans for the long-proposed downtown parking ramp development, and what it's actually going to cost.
City Finance Director Tracy Turbak and Development Director Daren Ketcham will brief City Council. Some City Councilors have been asking for months for more details.
Details have been sketchy since February when city officials announced the first-of-its-kind public-private partnership with Legacy Development.
The project is supposed to be a mix of parking, retail, and perhaps even housing.
