SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- A 64 year old man is dead following a one vehicle rollover on Interstate 29 Monday afternoon.
The 64 year old was a passenger in a Ford Econoline cargo van that hit an icy patch on the 12th street bridge. The driver lost control and the vehicle rolled into the ditch.
The driver, a 56 year old man, suffered minor injuries in the incident. Both men were wearing seat belts, and according to the department of public safety no charges against the driver will be filed.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
