Sioux Falls, SD (KELO-AM) After a Father's Day of blistering temps and humidity leading to heat advisories, the National Weather Service has issued a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH in effect until 11 PM this Sunday. Conditions are favorible in and around the watch area for damaging winds in excess of 70 mph, large hail, frequent lightning and heavy rains.
