Sioux Falls, SD (KELO AM) - A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a two vehicle accident west of Sioux Falls.
The accident happened Saturday evening about 6 p.m. at the intersection of SD 42 and SD 17. The motorcycle was slowing to make a turn on to Highway 17, when it was struck from behind by a pick-up.
According to the Argus Leader, 55-year-old Jeff Davis of Tea suffered serious non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the pick-up, 39-year-old Jody Van Roekel, and a passenger was not injured.
Alcohol was not involved, but charges are pending.
