SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- A judge has sentenced Ehab Jaber to seven months imprisonment for making threatening comments in a Facebook video after he was asked to leave a Christian speaking event.
Jaber's sentence includes seven months in community or home detention, and time serve suspended. He has also been placed on three years' probation.
The Argus Leader reports that Jaber's health factored in the Judge's decision. The 46 year old Sioux Falls resident recently underwent quadruple bypass surgery, and three of his stints were recently found to be blocked. He reportedly told the judge he doesn't know how much fight he has left in him, and wants to spend more time with his family.
