SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Crime can happen anywhere--including in the Sioux Falls Police Department's own parking lot.
About 9:50 p.m. Sunday, a man accosted a police officer who was in the parking lot to the east of the police station. The man said he had a knife. The police officer called for help. Later that evening on 4th Street, police apprehended Primitivo S. Gray, 52, of Sioux Falls, occupation, transient.
And he had a knife in his back pocket. Gray was arrested on charges of having a concealed weapon, misdemeanor threat to a law enforcement officer, and unlawful occupancy.
