SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) -- Potsdam, Germany is really good at moving people with its public transportation system.
Meanwhile in its Sister City of Sioux Falls, the city by the falls is good at moving snow.
When visiting Potsdam in a previous exchange visit, Mayor Mike Huether and his wife Cindy got to christen a Potsdam street car named "Sioux Falls" with champagne.
Today, with the Lord Mayor of Potsdam, Jann Jacobs, the Potsdamers returned the favor by christening a Sioux Falls snowplow decorated with a colorful "Potsdam" blade with champagne.
But not all the bubbly went on the machine. Both mayors took a swig from the bottle in celebration of the event and of the friendship between the two cities.
Potsdam, located in the former East Germany, is a suburb of Berlin.
The video shows the moment when the champaign bottled was popped and then poured on the plow.
