SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) It's not easy finding hit-and-run drivers, because they run, but a Sioux Falls woman has just been arrested for a hit-and-run back in April.
A tip led Police to the car and the driver: 43-year-old Lydia Consuelo Torres.
Torres is accused of hitting a pedestrian as she turned from West Madison onto North Western Avenue near the Sanford Premier Center the night of April 20.
The man in the crosswalk was seriously injured at the time.
