SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) Sioux Falls Police report a new ripple to road rage.
Officer Sam Clemens says a guy on a bicycle was bumped from behind by a screaming driver. The driver then got out of his car, went up to the bicyclist and started yelling at him. Clemens says he then got back in his vehicle and grazed the bicyclist in the leg as he drove away.
