SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO-AM) -- Tonight's Sioux Falls City Council will take a second reading--a final vote--on a plan to have Park Board members selected by districts.
The measure, sponsored by Councilor Theresa Stehly, passed its first reading last Tuesday on a 7 to 1 vote.
Mayor Mike Huether opposes the plan.
Stehly says she's not sure how things will play out.
"It could get hot," Stehly says.
The public can present testimony. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Carnegie Town Hall.
