SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) Some guys are busted for trying to pass forged checks at banks in Sioux Falls says Officer Sam Clemens.
It's likely related to the growing drug epidemic because of what was found in the car.
"Found'em, stopped'em. Turns out the check was forged. All three of them were arrested and they also found some marijuana and meth inside the car," says Clemens.
You do drugs, you need to get money anyway you can, so three more suspects to clog up the overcrowded Minnehaha County jail and more cases for overworked State's Attorney Aaron McGowan and his staff.
