Sioux Falls. S.D. (KELO AM) - The Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office is on the lookout for a drug offender who they believe cut his ankle bracelet off this morning.
Forty-Five year old Cheyenne Sly Rouse missed his 24/7 drug testing appointment Wednesday morning, prompting authorities to go searching for him. They found his monitoring device near the intersection of North Main Avenue and West 3rd Street.
Authorities say there's no reason to believe Rouse poses a threat to the public, however a warrant for Second Degree Escape has bee issued for him. If you have any information on his location contact Police at 367-7000 or 911.
