Tea, S.D. (KELO AM) - A State Representative from Tea has been selected as a presenter at this month's Western Conservative Summit being held in Colorado.

Isaac Latterell, who's entering his 5th year in Pierre, is one of over 50 speakers at the conference. Others speaking will include James Dobson, Bill Bennett, and Katie Pavlich. President Trump, Marco Rubio, Dr. Ben Carson, and Steve Bannon have also been invited to speak at the event.

The Western Conservative Summit will be held in Denver, Colorado, and is hosted by Colorado Christian University. The Summit runs from July 21st-23rd.

Latterell may be best known for his anti-Trump antics at the 2016 Republican Convention in Cleveland. As South Dakota was casting its delegates for Trump, Latterell could be seen in the background putting his hand on his forehead in disgust (or "Face-Palming). Latterell was reportedly hoping for a contested convention, which would have un-bound the delegates and allowed him to vote for someone other than Trump.
