SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO RADIO) They believe they can change the world one rock at a time.
'South Dakota Rocks' was started by some students at Explorer Elementary School in Sioux Falls, who believe little rocks can make a big difference.
They paint rocks with little messages and hide them at random places around the community. They hope when you find one, it will make you smile, and then you are supposed to hide it somewhere else.

This way of doing random rocks of kindness is catching on in communities across the country.
