SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO-AM) -- Despite relatively flat enrollment for the past few years, there are some positive signs for universities in South Dakota.
Board of Regents President Bob Sutton of Sioux Falls says they see some potential growth ahead.
Sutton says they also have to do a better job of attracting current high school students and look for ways to hold down tuition increases.
Just over thirty-six thousand five hundred students enrolled last fall in a state university.
