SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) Call it the Fruit Cup Case.
Sioux Falls Police Spokesman Sam Clemens' daily briefings for local media are usually pretty routine, but every once in awhile jaded journalistic ears perk up.
"Guy that was squeezing fruit cups, turns out he had some marijuana and meth in his car. That's the short version," briefed Clemens, as he moved through his list Thursday morning.
Here's the longer version. The guy was sqeezing fruit cups until they burst at a gas station convenience store in Sioux Falls. Employees thought that was pretty strange behavior, so called police. He was eventually busted for marijuana, meth, and DUI.
