SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - For the second time in as many days, there was a motorcycle-vehicle accident on 41st Street in Sioux Falls that left a biker suffering injuries requiring hospitalization.
Police say the motorcyclist's speed was a factor in both crashes.
The latest accident was around 6:30 Monday night near West 41st Street and South Grange Avenue.
Police say a car was turning onto Grange when the motorcycle ran into the back of the sedan. The rider was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered serious, non-life threatening injuries.
A similar accident happened Sunday evening at 41st and Shirley Avenue when a speeding motorcyclist hit a pickup truck that was turning onto Shirley.
Both bikers were hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries
