Sioux Falls, SD (KELO AM) - Parking and travel were at a premium in downtown Sioux Falls Saturday morning.
The Women’s March on Washington had a local edition here in downtown Sioux Falls.
In solidarity with Washington march, the event started at Calvary Cathedral at 10:00 a.m. and headed down Phillips Avenue to the Federal Building and City Hall.
There were three speakers schedule for each location. Dr. Amy Kelly Osdoba, Stacy McMahan and Jennifer White were scheduled to address the crowd at the Federal Building.
Paula Hawks, Taneeza Islam and Libby Trammel were to speak at City Hall.
Other Women's March events are planned for Rapid City, Pierre and Vermillion.
