SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO-AM) The South Dakota Housing for the Homeless Consortium is conducting its annual one-day survey on January 24, 2017 to count the number of homeless families and individuals throughout South Dakota. Volunteers are needed in the Sioux Falls area throughout the day/evening to help survey individuals and families in the community who are experiencing homelessness. Volunteers will work in teams and the hours will vary by location. A special emphasis this year will be on counting our unaccompanied youth population.
