SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO-AM) -- The proposed new wind ordinance Lincoln County is considering would essentially outlaw most wind turbine projects in the county.
That's the analysis of Brian Minish with the Dakota Power Community Wind group, which is proposing a generation project in southwest Lincoln County.
In the video, Minish has a map that shows where the current ordinance passed in 2009 would allow wind projects in the county versus a map of the impact of the 2016 revision.
Minish appeared on The Greg Belfrage Show Friday.
